The course is for our partners and distributors who have purchased one or more systems. During the course the attendees acquire theoretical knowledge for the product line they represent. Furthermore topics like marketing and sales are discussed. During the hands-on training on the device “hands-on training” the participants learn important procedures for service as well as the elimination of emerging error messages. By developing training modules, the training program can be individually tailored to each partner. This can be product-specific, but also the transfer of basic knowledge and, if required, the in-depth study of individual topics can be scheduled.
