All our systems are low-maintenance and sensor controlled. Our systems are equipped with a tool for self-diagnosis which provides us with an initial indication of the problem (online or by phone) to help keep service costs down. Minimizing costs and maximising system availability are our main objectives. In case of trouble we can either fix it online or the service engineer or the service technician can give you precise instructions for fixing the problem. We offer different levels of support to our customers depending on the level of support they require.
