Google AdWords conversion tracking

In addition to Google Analytics, this website also uses the offer of Google Adwords and the associated conversion tracking of Google LLC, 1600 AmphitheatreParkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). In this way we would like to draw attention to our offers and products by using advertising material (so-called Goodle Adwords) on external websites. In relation to the data of the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are.

The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an AdWords ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that the user has clicked on the ad and been redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. As a result, cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected through the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for those AdWords customers who have opted-in to conversion tracking. The customers will know the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can block this usage by disabling the Google Conversion Tracking cookie from your web browser under User Preferences. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google Adwords because of our legitimate interest in targeted advertising in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Google Maps

This website uses the Google Maps API, a map service from Google, to display an interactive map. By using Google Maps, information about your use of this website (including your IP address) can be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This is done regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in at Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be assigned to your profile on Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have a right of objection to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google in order to exercise this right. An adequate level of protection of your data in the USA is ensured by the fact that Google is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield.

You can find more detailed information about data processing by Google in Google’s privacy policy, which is available at www.google.com/privacypolicy.html.
You can easily deactivate the Google Maps service and thus prevent data transfer to Google: To do this, deactivate JavaScript in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use the map display.

Social plug-ins from Facebook
We use social plug-ins from facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. Furthermore, Facebook makes your likes public for your Facebook friends. If you are logged into Facebook, it can assign the invocation of our page directly to your Facebook account. Even if you are not logged in or don’t have a Facebook account, your browser sends information (e.g. which web pages you have called up, your IP address) which is then stored by Facebook. For details about handling of your personal data by Facebook and your related rights, please refer to the data privacy policy of Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php.
