As of 1.2.22 membraPure GmbH will acquire a 51% stake in Hartmann GmbH. With this participation, a company group with two still legally independent GmbHs with more than 10 million in sales, a close-meshed service and sales network in Germany as well as sales offices in the most important regions of the world will be created. The complementary products create a complete range of water treatment from deionized to ultrapure water with associated analyzers (TOC and IC) and service (customer service and validation), which thus has a clear USP. In addition, Hartmann’s medical division remains a major business area, bridging the gap to water treatment in the medical sector. The alliance allows synergies (e.g. shorter distances, economies of scale) to be realized in almost all areas and will thus be able to serve customers even more comprehensively and efficiently.

After the first meeting at the membraPure company in Hennigsdorf at the beginning of the year, a visit to Hartmann was scheduled for last Wednesday. In addition to a constructive exchange and a factory tour, there was also a little something to cut, which sweetened the day for everyone.
