Bestimmung der Aminosäuren in Zellkulturmedien

Die Validierung einer präzisen und robusten Analysemethode zur Bestimmung von Aminosäuren in Zellkulturmedien wurde erfolgreich mittels des ARACUS Aminosäureanalysators durchgeführt. Durch definierte Probenvorbereitung, Verdünnungsreihen und Wiederfindungsversuche konnte die Eignung der Methode hinsichtlich Genauigkeit, Wiederholbarkeit und Tagespräzision nachgewiesen werden. Die Analyse basiert auf klassischer Nachsäulenderivatisierung mit Ninhydrin und liefert zuverlässige Ergebnisse für die Qualitätskontrolle und Prozessoptimierung in der Zellkultur.
