OVERVIEW

Designes for the production of pure water and ultra pure water out of tap water

  • Aquinity² P versions produce deionised water (< 0.2 µS/cm/ > 5 MOhm x cm) by reverse osmosis and conditioning module in to the external reservoir (35 liter or 70 liter).
  • The water can be tapped directly (e.g. for glassware cleaning by hand) or connecting the tank to a laboratory dishwasher.
  • Out of the storage tank the ultra pure water is produced and then can be tapped with a flexible dispenser.
  • The Aquinity² water purification system is available in different configurations (Reagent, Analytical & LifeScience) to meet the specific requirements of ultra pure water for different applications.
  • Analytical is a version with UV lamp for low TOC value. Life Science version comes with UV lamp and Ultrafiltration Module for low TOC and low endotoxin values.
  • An optional integrated TOC sensor allows the user to monitor the TOC content permanentely online.
  • Besides that the Aquinity² can be configured as bench top or bench-integrated system with external panel and wall mounted (with inclined display).
  • The tank can be installed at the side or above the system or even underneath the bench.
  • Upon request the tanks can be connected in series to reach a bigger volume of reservoir.

Flowchart: Aquinity² E35 / 70
Options Bench mount Aquinity

Bench integrated configuration (BI version)

To save valuable benchtop space the system can be ordered as BI configuration. The system will be installed underneath the work bench and only the display and dispenser are mounted on the wall.

Options: Wall mount Aquinity

Wall mounted configuration

To save valuable benchtop space the system can be ordered as wall mounted configuration. the whole system can be mounted on the wall with inclined display.

Options: External pump Aquinity E35 / 70

External pump

Compact pump is required when feeding laboratory equipment such as autoclaves or laboratory dish washers.

Options: TOC Monitoring Aquinity P35

TOC-Monitoring (TI version)

The TOC monitoring during production and intermittent measurements during non-use periods allows to check the organic content in water continuously. The TOC value is measured between 1 and 999 ppb and can be shown in the display to monitor organic impurities.

Options: Volumetric Dispenser

Volumetric dispensing

The series of AquaRO² and EDI² can be equipped with a tank of 35 L or 70 L or individual size and if requested also with an integrated UV lamp. An exception is the AquaoRO² 8 P10 with an integrated tank of 10 liters.

Options: IQQ Documents Aquinity P10

IQ/OQ documents

Validation documents for water purification systems.

Options: memTap Aquinity P10

memTap

To be integrated into an ultra pure water system with a max, flow rate of 2 L/min. Point of use dispense arm with integrated control unit. Two joint to move it horizontally and vertically allowing to fill containers up to 55 cm height. Volumetric dosing of ultra pure water allows filling of containers without the attention of user, dosing eange 0.1 – 99 L, variable input and storage of values, after volume has been dispensed system goes back to standby.

FAQ

The "Aquinity² E35/70" is a laboratory water system that provides its user with ultrapure water for a wide variety of applications in the field of analytics and laboratory applications. The designations "35" and "70" stand for an external tank with a capacity of 35 and 70 liters respectively.

The Aquinity² E35/70 systems produce pure and ultrapure water from drinking water. This makes the Aquinity² E35/70 the ideal system for a laboratory that pursues different types of applications that also have different requirements for the purity content of the laboratory water.

The compact design of the Aquinity²E35/70 takes up very little valuable laboratory space and its simple and intuitive operation makes it easy to integrate into everyday laboratory work. The use of a self-regenerating EDI cell to generate pure water greatly reduces the consumption of ultrapure water cartridges, making this system ideal for high laboratory water requirements.

Customers have the option of selecting a system with or UV lamp, depending on the area of application. If work is carried out in the life science sector, we also offer a configuration with ultrafiltration module. This eliminates the need for frequent changes of biological final filters and reduces investment costs.

Due to the simple and clear design of the software, the user can quickly operate the device through intuitive handling. The software informs the user when limit values have been exceeded or when consumables such as cartridges or UV lamps need to be replaced. A wizard guides the user through the individual steps.

In addition to the hoses for inlet and outlet, the scope of delivery also includes an adapter that makes it easy for them to connect the system to a drinking water connection.

Depending on the configuration, the system has a 35 or 70 liter tank as standard. Should a higher capacity be required, several tanks can also be connected in series.

By using an external tank, Type II water can be drawn from a separate tap. The tank also has a rear outlet so that external systems such as analyzers can be fed directly. A booster pump can also be offered on request to pump the water.

The installation location can be designed very flexibly. Depending on the available work surface, the system can be integrated directly on the equipment, on the wall or under the lab bench. The display, which can be installed flexibly, also ensures convenient operation.
