this unprecedented year had a lot of negative impacts but also showed us some interesting things and we like to be positive thinkers:

• Laboratory and lab products are still in demand. So we are in the right industry    
  
• Established good personal relations are a valuable good in these times. Based on our past good relations we were able to proceed virtually in 2020.
• Digitalization creates new opportunities and it is a main trigger for the future. So we have to use it further for our products and company structure. Our remote service was a big help in this year.
