{"id":38966,"date":"2025-02-25T12:28:48","date_gmt":"2025-02-25T11:28:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/membrapure.de\/?p=38966"},"modified":"2025-10-13T14:59:53","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T12:59:53","slug":"suitable-use-of-amino-acid-analyzer-in-quality-control","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/membrapure.de\/de\/suitable-use-of-amino-acid-analyzer-in-quality-control\/","title":{"rendered":"Suitable use of the amino acid analyzer in quality control"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3caf3fce89a084c3ec036e29b4fa8d92 wp-block-paragraph\">In quality control, high reproducibility of analytical methods is essential in order to be able to make reliable statements about the obtained results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d623ea608f92ecaafa5b44628553e510 wp-block-paragraph\">The following example of the analysis of three pure substances shows that the <a href=\"https:\/\/membrapure.de\/de\/aminosaeure-analysatoren\/aracus-classic\/\">amino acid analyzer ARACUS<\/a> is suitable for use in quality control due to its very low standard deviation of less than 0.85 %. In this way it makes an important contribution to ensuring defined quality requirements.<br><strong>Reproducibility and precision are critical in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, food production, and biotechnology, where analytical variability can lead to non-compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and impact product safety (Wang et al., 2020).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2e0319ee844d4dcca05b50751a2ce5fc\">Sample Preparation and Analysis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-13952e4916af3289df034ef118ce96bc wp-block-paragraph\">Leucine solution: weight 131.1 mg Leu into a 100 mL volumetric flask and refill to the measuring mark with 1N HCl (Leu concentration 10 \u00b5mol\/mL) and shake. After that diluted the solution 1:100 with 1N HCl (Leu concentration 100 nmol\/mL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8e02db0ecfe2e0443b11a0796ff3cc13 wp-block-paragraph\">Glutamic Acid solution: weight 147.1 mg Glu into a 100 mL volumetric flask and refill to the measuring mark with 1N HCl (Glu concentration 10 \u00b5mol\/mL) and shake. After that diluted the solution 1:100 with 1N HCl (Glu concentration 100 nmol\/mL).<br><strong>The preparation of calibration standards using pure amino acid substances is a common approach to ensure traceability and accuracy in quantitative amino acid analysis (Cohen &amp; Michaud, 1993).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a5ca7f120c7034e4e372c5b28eb1850c\">Method amino acid analysis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-63fada93886b4b308847fcd84d409f05 wp-block-paragraph\">The samples were analyzed by the Amino Acid Analyzer ARACUS, manufactured and distributed by membraPure GmbH worldwide. ARACUS is using the classic routine analysis of amino acids by post-column derivatization with ninhydrin and the detection at 570 nm.
